Being born and raised in Great Kills a block from the water led to my love of the ocean and fishing. As a young boy, year after year I spent my entire summer fishing in and around Great Kills harbor. At the age of 14 I began working as a mate on the Miss Moore and the Teal out of Shoals dock. That summer my father bought us an 18' cuddy. I would spend my days working on the party boats, and my nights fishing on my own boat. I have been on the water ever since, and always will be. I am a U.S.C.G. certified charter captain who spends every day on the water with vast experience to share. Whether you are interested in trophy stripers or tangling with a mako, I will put you on the fish. The experienced crew of the Kayla Rose is always courteous and professional, providing a memorable fishing trip for all aboard. |
